Memberships are billed monthly on the same date each month based on your sign-up date. Payments are processed automatically using the card on file.

Yes. Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After the initial three months, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.

Memberships can be canceled anytime after the 3-month minimum. To avoid your next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before your next billing date.

Memberships remain active through the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

Reservations may be required during high-demand times, especially on weekends. Members receive priority access to reservations.

Yes! Guest passes are included depending on your membership tier. Guest passes allow you to bring a friend to enjoy open play with you.

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the children registered under your membership.
